Insights on Grief: Skills and Strategies

In 2001, Lulu Orr first formed the dream that became the Good Grief Center for Bereavement Support. Over ten years later, the center stands as a proud new partner with Ursuline Senior Services and provides support to nearly 1700 new participants of all ages each year in its client-centered facility in Squirrel Hill. The Good Grief Center has offered hope and healing to our community members as they struggle with the pain and sorrow of loss. Today, GGC has a reputation built over a decade for providing quality care and we invite you to share and learn from our experience at an exciting educational opportunity.

Please join the Good Grief Center for Bereavement Support and its partners for a one-day Business of Bereavement Conference for everyone who supports grieving people. Whether you are assisting clients, patients, friends, co-workers or family members to manage and talk about grief and loss, you will benefit from understanding the process of grief, and knowing how to open the conversation and provide support with skill and compassion. The Good Grief Center offers you this unique opportunity to join us and build this bridge of understanding.
