composeGrant’s Whisky
Grant’s is produced by William Grant & Sons, an award-winning independent family-owned distiller founded by William Grant in 1886 and today still controlled by his direct descendants.  The Company distils some of the world’s leading brands of Scotch whisky, including Grant’s, the world’s favorite single malt Glenfiddich, and the handcrafted range of The Balvenie single malts, as well as selected other spirits, including Hendrick’s Gin. The complex and smooth taste of Grant’s Blended Scotch Whisky is down to the remarkable, different way it is made from a recipe created more than 100 years ago by William Grant. Passed down from generation to generation, today it is the expert skills of our Master Blender David Stewart, along with a family of craftsmen, who keep alive William Grant’s pioneering spirit and his passion for blending the finest whisky.

William Hill Estate Napa Chardonnay 2008
William Hill Estate is renowned for crafting elegant Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot wines due to its exceptional location between Napa Valley’s Silverado Trail and Atlas Peak Road on the prestigious Silverado Bench. Once classic in style, contemporary winemaker Ralf Holdenried has successfully transitioned our wines to a more refined and sophisticated style with fruit intensity and layers of complexity. Ralf’s innovative and progressive approach to grape growing and winemaking enhances the unique style of our Napa Valley wines. The Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested, and gently pressed as whole clusters. After the juice settled overnight, it was racked, and inoculated, and fermented in barrel. Afterward, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged in French oak barrels on lees. The final blend was crafted after each lot was evaluated individually.

Alamos Malbec 2009
The 2009 Alamos Malbec exhibits dark cherry and blackberry fruit with spice and vanilla oak characteristics, and a long lingering finish. Winemaker Felipe Stahlschmidt observed flavors of dark cherry and blackberry fruit in this 2009 Alamos Malbec, with integrated spice and vanilla oak characteristics.  The wine has a full structure and a long, lingering finish which makes it enjoyable now, or for years to come.

Ghost Pines Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
Like the unharnessed, free-form, ghost-like tree with which it shares a name, Ghost Pines represents the long, rich, winemaking heritage of California’s finest appellations. By departing from traditional single appellation grape sourcing, the Ghost Pines winemaker is able to craft consistently superior “Winemaker’s Blend” wines which showcase the concentrated yet elegant flavor characters that come from the best growing regions in the state. The grapes for the 2008 Ghost Pines Cabernet Sauvignon were gently delivered in whole berries to the fermentor, eliminating harsh bitterness while maximizing fresh fruit character. Upon arrival, the grapes were inoculated with Bordeaux and D254 yeast strains, optimal for fermentation of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation temperatures did not exceed 88°F and produced a clean, expressive Cabernet Sauvignon character.

Godiva Vodka and Liqueur
Godiva Chocolatier, the esteemed purveyor of premium chocolate that has brought you the ultimate in chocolate confectionery for the last eighty years has partnered with Diageo to announce the launch of Godiva Chocolate Infused Vodka. This five-times distilled, ultra-premium spirit is the first chocolate vodka to carry the name of a brand that is synonymous with true chocolate credentials. There are two delectable flavors, each drawing from the exquisite cues associated with Godiva products.  Godiva Chocolate Infused Vodka touts the perfect balance of smooth vodka infused with rich, dark chocolate notes for a uniquely luxurious taste, and Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Infused Vodka is inspired by one of its top-selling truffles and captures the taste of fresh, juicy raspberries and subtle dark chocolate notes making it a delicious and authentic spirit. Both variants will impress vodka and chocolate fans alike with their delightful flavors.

Zacapa Rum
Unlike most rums, which use molasses, Zacapa Rum uses only the first pressing of sugar cane, delightfully called virgin sugar cane honey. After distillation, Zacapa Rum goes on a momentous journey to the Guatemalan highlands. In the cool mountain air, Zacapa is aged according to the solera system, a process where rums of different ages and personalities are blended together over time in a series of casks that previously stored robust bourbons, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Ximenez wines. Like a fine cognac or single malt Scotch, the rich, sophisticated taste of Zacapa is best enjoyed when sipped and savored neat or on the rocks.

Tequila Don Julio
Tequila Don Julio, Mexico’s most popular luxury tequila, announces a bold and striking new look for three of its five variants in conjunction with the launch of a new way to enjoy Tequila Don Julio – the Luxury DropTM. Tequila Don Julio Blanco, Reposado and Añejo will boast modernized eye-catching designs that retain its authentic cues with a contemporary look and feel. Each new bottle has a distinct silhouette differentiating it from other variants within the Don Julio portfolio as well as from other brands – Don Julio is the only tequila to offer diverse packaging for each of its marques.  The bottles are reminiscent of their original shapes but with an updated twist, and all three variants have redesigned features.  The bottles now have a new lip to enhance the pouring ritual of tequila and there is consistent embossing across the traditional hand-blown Mexican glass bottles.  The batch number is also now more prominent to emphasize the handcrafted quality of Don Julio, and the variant is more clearly displayed on the neck of the bottle while the natural wood top is retained.

Alizé Passion Liqueur
Intensely unique and inviting, Alizé Passion liqueurs infuse premium French Vodka with luscious, all natural flavors from the world’s most exotic regions. Their Master Blenders travel from the jungles of Brazil, the lush hillsides of Chile, the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa, the flourishing Mediterranean Coast, and to the tropical shores of South America and the pacific islands to bring you the nectars of its exotic fruits. Alizé is delicious mixed with vodka, tequila, rum or a splash of Champagne. Alizé is also refreshing on the rocks or in mimosas, martinis and margaritas.
