There are exercises that are more effective than others. Whatever works for you though just go for it. As long as you are consistently doing some type of exercise to keep your body fit and healthy.

Here are 5 of the best workouts you definitely need to try in no specific order

  1. Burpees
  2. Walking
  3. Boxing
  4. Crossfit
  5. Jump Rope

These are all great exercises you can pretty much try anywhere. Except maybe boxing and cross fit. You’ll most likely have to look for a gym that offers those types of classes. Burpees, walking, jogging and jump rope could be done anywhere so you don’t need access to a gym to do them. You could do them from wherever you’re at.

Boxing and crossfit are a little more complicated. Both boxing and crossfit have become very popular in the last few years. There are more and more boxing and crossfit gyms opening everywhere. Boxing is a very good full body workout that has a lot of very good benefits. It will help improve your balance and helps your posture. It helps strengthen your upper body and core. It helps increase your alertness and enhances your mood. It helps boost your endurance so it could also be very beneficial if you play other sports. It also improves your hand eye coordination. This is especially useful if you’re a baseball player.

Anyone really could do boxing as a form of exercise. People of all ages are trying it themselves. From young fit college students to Elderly people. The good thing about these boxing classes is that you could always go at your own pace. You don’t have to worry about having to keep up and the trainers usually are very good and patient with helping you as much as they can. If this sounds like something you would like to try, there are a lot of boxing gyms out there that are now open. All you have to do is search and you’ll find the nearest ones to you. Most will even give you a free pass to try a class just so you could see if boxing is for you.

Crossfit on the other hand is a lot more challenging than boxing. Crossfit will require hard work, but you’ll quickly see results in your size, strength and energy. The combination of high-intensity circuits, staple crossfit  moves and some good old-fashioned weight training will keep your muscles guessing. Don’t rest between moves but recover for one minute after each cycle. So if you want to see quick results crossfit is the way to go. As with boxing, there has been a high jump in popularity, therefore more and more crossfit gyms are opening. Same as with boxing, if this sounds like something you would like to try, just search for crossfit gyms near you and choose the one you like best.

There are many exercises you can do. Some of them are more challenging than others but the harder you work the better the outcome will be. You control your own body. Only you know what your body is capable of. Only you know your limits. It all depends on how far you want to stretch them. The important thing is that you get out there and do something. You all need to take care of your bodies. We only get one so it’s up to you to make sure you keep it fit and healthy. God bless!
