You don’t need pricey equipment to get a good workout. You don’t need to join a gym. And you don’t need to spend a ton of time exercising.

By spending a few minutes here and there throughout the day, you can boost your level of activity from the comfort of your own home.

Create an Exercise Circuit Around the House
