Pediatric health care is a medical term used for the process of using medicines or any other medical treatments for curing infants from diseases, but the Pediatric Health Care Association (PHCA) deals not only with the health of infants but also with the health of young adults from 7-11 years and late adults of 11-19 years.

The material health care units not only deals with the physical health of a mother but also with social and mental health in order to work on all the aspects which are necessary for the health of an infants which further leads to health of an adult and then the health of the society which is of a great important.

Before leading towards the physical it is necessary to give a view on mental and social health and on now it affects the life of adults and infants and what is their effect on the society?

Mental health refers to the thoughts or the way to see the matter or things and narrating your perspective in a positive way. In case of the vision of health is very vast and it covers many aspects of an individual life including physical, mental and social sites. As an individual can not be considered as healthy until he or she is not physically, mentally or socially fit same in the case with the infants and newborns. There are many Pediatric Care Unit or clinics are available for checking the health status of infants by doctors and provide medicines or further treatment to maintain health and to improve fitness by avoiding or curing diseases.

According to the Health Care Association, a healthy mother produces healthy children. So, the health care of a mother is very necessary for the health of an infant. There are several vaccines are provides to the mother during pregnancy so, that the infants, mental health is of great importance. There are a few easy ways to keep your infant or baby mentally healthy such as:

Quick responses to his/her cry call.
Proper feeding time and time interval between the doses should be proper.
Check diaper or response of your infants.
Proper sleeping hours.

The social health includes the environment you give to your infants. You have to keep an eye on likes and dislikes of the baby and provides the environment that gives the positive effect on your baby. If you feel a huge difference in your child behavior or he/she has increased habits of crying, it is necessary to consult a psychotherapist for your infant to keep him/her socially healthy.

Physical health must be noticed of your infants and it should be increased by a proper vaccination on time, and time to time proper medical checkup by a specialist doctor including both of all viscera and skin. The skin care of an infant is very important as their skin is very soft and gentle because the collagen fiber that forms the different layers of skin has not properly developed. There are several medical liquids are available for their skin care as prescribed by the pediatric doctor.

One major skin care problem of adults is the pimples which occur mostly due to improper skin care. The skin is a prospective shield of the body, which faces all the hardships of weathers. So, the skin care should be appropriate.

What causes pimples or acne is the oil or sebum produced or secreted by the sebaceous glands below the skin. This oil enters in the pores of the skin and blocks them. There is not any other way for that sebum to be released so, the pimple pop out with all that oil or sebum, which may further leave the marks or scars on the skin along with redness which decreases in few hours. The other cause can be improper secretion of pancreatic hormones. The pimples can be treated with less effort and proper skin care or any medicated cream prescribed by the doctor.
