New Technology, Modern Decor And Table Service Creating A Modern Guest Experience
At 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19, the McDonald’s restaurant located at 7702 McKnight Road (Northbound side) invites guests to experience updates to the restaurant that offer a new level of choice, engagement and service.
Guests on Tuesday can be the first to experience new in-restaurant features:
- New digital self-order kiosks for those who want to browse the menu and order at their own pace
- Table service
- New payment options including Apple/Android Pay
This new restaurant model has been successfully rolled out in more than 2,600 restaurants globally. The McKnight Road site is the first location in Pittsburgh to debut the new technology and customer experience.
“We’re grateful for the strong support that McDonald’s has always received from our community,” said Owner/Operator Priscilla Foster. “That’s why we tried to make our restaurant even more comfortable and convenient for all of our guests.”
